Before you use your head cleaning utility to try and clear blocked jets, read this and then watch the video. I get so annoyed with inkjet printers. They cost us a fortune in ink. Here is a comparison of the cost. If you filled up your average car's fuel tank with ink, it would cost you somewhere in the region of 380,000 pounds (average cost of ink per CC from the likes of Canon or HP). Anyway, one thing that wastes ink is head cleaning. Like me, you may only have a problem with the black inkjet head, but when you do your head clean, all the colours get used up as all the heads get blasted through with ink.
What a waste. In most cases it can take three or four runs with the head cleaning utility to get the nozzle to work again - that wastes all the ink from all the cartridges. I recon the D92 can empty a full cartridge with less than 20 runs of the utility.
